### Steps:

1. Activate the add-on
2. Log in to the admin at https://shoptet.webotvurci.cz/
3. Create a new form in the editor
4. Set up the emails and how they're sent
5. Configure and test SMTP
6. Insert the form into your store using a SHORTCODE
