### How to create the API key

1. **Go to the tab:** Connections → Private API

2. **Click "ADD"**

3. **Enter the partner name** – so you know who works under that API key

4. **Click "ADD"**

5. **The API key appears** – click it to show the actual key

6. **Enter the password** of the account you are currently logged into Shoptet with

7. **The API key is displayed** – send it to your partner
