Why join us
- AI is not a buzzword here. Routine work — call transcripts, briefs, research, first drafts of proposals — gets handled with AI. Time goes into clients and decisions, not into retyping.
- We have our own system. Project management, capacity, budgets and invoicing all run on Paluba, a platform we built ourselves. No chaos across ten spreadsheets.
- We build our own products too. Add-ons in the Shoptet marketplace and Revelor (AI search and recommendations for e-shops). We're not just an outsourcing shop putting out other people's fires.
- People stay with us. Our turnover is genuinely low — most of the crew has been with us for years.
- Remote, no bureaucracy. Small team, direct communication, decisions happen right away.
Want to get in touch for the future?
Write to jsme@webotvurci.cz — a few sentences about what you've done, what you'd like to do with us and how you use AI in your everyday work. When we start hiring, you'll hear from us first. Note that our clients run Czech e-shops, so we work in Czech.
No recruitment agencies please — we do our own hiring.
