Who will take the helm with our clients?

What you'll do

• You'll be the first point of contact for our Shoptet Premium clients — day-to-day communication, gathering requirements, resolving requests, reporting.
• You'll translate “just make it better somehow” into a brief a developer can work with right away. And then you'll keep it on track — deadlines, priorities, capacity.
• You'll grow the accounts. You can see an e-shop is missing a configurator, or that an add-on would save the client two hours a day? You bring it up before the client asks. That's the “key account” part.
• You'll price the work, watch the budget and prepare the paperwork for invoicing.

What we expect from you

• You can communicate. This is the single most important thing. The client has to trust you, the developer has to understand you. You write clearly, you call when it's faster, and you don't leave things hanging.
• You've been around e-commerce. Agency, e-shop, marketing — we don't care where, but you need to know how an e-shop breathes. Shoptet is a plus, not a requirement. We'll teach you.
• You work with AI. Not “I've tried ChatGPT”. We mean it for real: research, concepts, briefs, call summaries, automating routine work.
• You're not a junior. We're looking for someone who can take over a project and see it through on their own.
• You speak Czech. Our clients run Czech e-shops — day-to-day communication happens in Czech.

Why join us

• AI is not a buzzword here. Routine work — call transcripts, briefs, research, first drafts of proposals — gets handled with AI. Your hours go into clients and decisions, not into retyping.
• We have our own system — and you'll help shape it. Project management, capacity, budgets and invoicing all run on Paluba, a platform we built ourselves. No chaos across ten spreadsheets. And when you come up with an idea to simplify your work, it doesn't join a queue for next quarter — if it makes sense, we'll ship it within a week. Paluba has a single goal: saving time for all of us.
• We build our own products too. Add-ons in the Shoptet marketplace and Revelor (AI search and recommendations for e-shops). We're not just an outsourcing shop putting out other people's fires.
• Our turnover is genuinely low. This position replaces a colleague who is leaving as the first person since 2019. We don't want to turn that into a corporate slogan — it just feels fair to say that people tend to stay with us for a long time.

What we offer

• CZK 500–700 per hour depending on experience.
• Part-time, about 20 hours a week. The form is up to you — contractor, part-time employment or a work agreement.
• Fully remote. Work from anywhere. Roughly once every month or two we meet for a day in Brno — and that's it.
• No pointless bureaucracy. Small team, direct communication, decisions happen right away.
• Room to grow with us — the project manager role is core for us, not supporting.
