I'm not a trainer who took a course and now recites it. I'm a developer with 20 years of experience who spends thousands of hours with AI – building our company system, agents and Shoptet add-ons with it, and running Webmakeria with it. That's exactly what I'll pass on: not theory, but a way of working that saves us hours every day.
The training is run by me personally, Tomáš Drdla, in Czech. I put the content together around you – whether you're at the very beginning with AI or already use it and want to build your own agents, MCP servers and automations. You have two options: an online consultation at €100/h excl. VAT (one hour minimum, then in 15-minute increments), or a full-day training at your company for €600 excl. VAT. The goal is practice, not talking around it – you leave with things that work.

one hour minimum, then billed in 15-minute increments. Online via Meet, with as many people as you like. Good for a specific problem, a second opinion or regular mentoring.

6–8 hours in person at your company, anywhere in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Ideally 4–6 people, but there's no limit. Travel within 2 hours of Brno is included, further by agreement.
You get the invoice only after the training or consultation. If you say it didn't meet your expectations, you pay nothing – no conditions, no explanations.
I can afford that because I don't teach from a slide deck, but from what I build with AI every day.
I went to the AI training mainly to confirm that it wasn't for me. I run an online store selling spare parts for garden machinery, I make every decision myself, and I have no time for toys.
Well, it didn't go to plan.

Customers' personal data never leaves the company in the process – that was one of the first rules we set.
