Shoptet add-ons are extensions that give your online store a feature the platform doesn't have out of the box. You install them from the official Shoptet Add-ons catalog with no development of your own, and when they stop making sense, you simply uninstall them.

Both Shoptet and independent authors publish in the catalog. Ours are Product Linking, Contact Forms, the Product Calculator, the AR Viewer, the Text Replacer and the Text Selection Pop-up.

Start the installationAdd it to your store from the catalog, or in your admin under Account → Add-ons and Services.
Set it up and try itPaid add-ons come with a 30-day trial, the Pop-up with 14 days. This only applies to the first installation.
Keep it or uninstall itYou uninstall it under Connections → Add-on Manager. Note: Pause doesn't stop billing, and after the trial the add-on moves to the paid plan.

How do I install a Shoptet add-on?

Open the add-on in the Shoptet Add-ons catalog and start the installation, or order it in your admin under Account → Add-ons and Services. You then manage installed add-ons under Connections → Add-on Manager.

How much does a Shoptet add-on cost?

For our add-ons: Contact Forms, the Product Calculator, the AR Viewer and the Text Replacer cost €8 a month, the Pop-up is a one-off €12. Product Linking is free for up to 10 links, then from €10 a month. Prices exclude VAT.

Can I try an add-on for free first?

Yes. Our paid add-ons come with a 30-day trial, the Pop-up with 14 days, and Product Linking is free for up to 10 links. The trial only applies to the first installation. If you don't uninstall the add-on before it ends, it moves to the paid plan.

Does the add-on work on regular Shoptet, or only on Premium?

Both. Our add-ons are for every store on Shoptet, whether you're on a regular plan or on Premium. They're tuned for templates made by Shoptet, so on a third-party template, check your setup during the trial.

Can you build a custom add-on?

Yes. If you can't find what you need in the catalog, we'll develop an add-on for you. The consultation is free and you get a proposed solution within 5 business days.
